Hello, and thank you for visiting my blog!
Writing brings me joy, just as sharing my experiences, and God’s Word does. As we live “In the Midst” of this world and “In the Midst” of God’s sovereignty, I hope you will find my blog inspiring and uplifting.
Midst is defined by Merriam-Webster is the following: the interior or central part or point, a position of proximity to the members of a group, the condition of being surrounded, and a period about the middle of a continuing act or condition.
Isn’t it wonderful to know through troubles, we have a God who stands in proximity with us? We can choose to make Him the central part or point of our lives. With an intimate relationship with Him, we can face the most difficult circumstances known to humans with surety of mind and peace in the heart, knowing we are never alone, and we are always loved.
1 Thessalonians 3:7-8 NLT: So, we have been considerably encouraged in the midst of our troubles and suffering, dear brothers and sisters, because you have remained strong in your faith. It gives us new life to know that you are standing firm in the Lord.
What is more excellent than to see a woman or man in Christ standing firm during times of hardship and times of peace? As those around witness unfolding events, it can bring encouragement and a renewed sense of life in others.
We all experience hardships -scripture tells us we will! Therefore, let us strive to be active in our faith and to connect with brothers and sisters in Christ, developing a steadfast friendship extending into the afterlife.
Blessings to ya,
K-Trina Meador
