I went to a coffee shop today. I don’t drink coffee.
The tea was just like how I would have made it.
The cost? Whatever you can afford.
I sat with a friend and had a good conversation.
What is so special about this coffee shop?
It is a non-profit that caters to the homeless community. Nice tables – inside and out, television, bathrooms, showers, washer/dryers and a gift shop.
But even more special was the welcoming atmosphere of friendliness and acceptance.
The world needs more friendliness and acceptance these days.
I do too.
I will be going there more often, even though I don’t drink coffee.
God bless you and your family,
K-Trina
Matthew 25: 37 – 40
Then the righteous will answer Him, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, and feed You, or thirsty, and give You something to drink? And when did we see You a stranger, and invite You in, or naked, and clothe You? When did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ The King will answer and say to them, ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.’
